The product range for panel processing saws developed in 2022 was brought together under the Boardline brand name. Operators get a newly developed and particularly powerful range of panel processing saws. This not only meets modern machining challenges but also sets new standards in tool-life and cutting results.

The Boardline family includes two main saw types and an optimised scoring unit for both types. The tools are designed for industrial panel cutting on panel-sizing machines with mechanical infeed. Common panel materials such as laminated, but also uncoated wood-based materials, high pressure laminate or multiplex can be sawn on a large scale and with excellent cutting quality. A new carbide generation with further developed tooth geometries is used on both saw types.
