HSK / SK Plus - Precision plus Economical
The new cutting system the HSK 63 F chuck with a screwed-on monolithic similar shank-type tool with an increased run-out precision and the capability for high-speed applications, the HSK plus combines precision and economical benefits.
Precision: (Run-out tolerance 0.005 mm):
- High cutting quality (surface quality)
- Up to 40.000 rpm possible
- Allows higher feed rates
Economic benefits:
- Increased tool life due to minimised run-out tolerances and therefore equal wear on all teeth.
- Less wear on the machine due to smooth tool run
- Tool and chuck can be separated, only the tool has to be replaced.
- No expensive mounting devices necessary.
Clamping system for Thermal-Smoothing tool systems:
- The only clamping system world-wide available for cutting tools to work in combination with Thermal-smoothing tool systems
SK Plus
Clamping system for SK 30 and SK 40 collet.
Due to most of the benefits of the HSK Plus, it can also be used on machines with steep cone chucks.
