Aluminium processing with DP-tipped circular sawblades

Although DP-tipped drill bits, shank cutters and chipping tools are meanwhile state of the art, DP-tipped circular sawblades are still to be considered as an exception.

The material consistency of individual motor components does, however, demand cutting materials that ensure an exceptionally long tool life. With our custom-made DP-tipped circular sawblades we do offer an economically extremely efficient alternative.  While tooling conceptions with DP tips had in former times been limited to a sawblade diameter of  600 mm, diameters of far beyond 1000 mm are possible nowadays.

Apart from the efficiency, product safety is of  particular importance for subcontractors in automotive industry.  In order to minimize down times, they depend on the tool life and quick service.

Latest technologies allow for the production of a diamond-tipped circular sawblade with a diameter of  more than 1000 mm – Europe-wide for the first time.

This new diamond-tipped circular sawblade  offers extreme, almost unlimited efficiency, particularly if it comes to high-strength aluminium alloys, glass fibre or carbon fibre, i.e. all types of material which are very difficult to machine.
